Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 5 to 8 business days. The estimated total delivery time is 6 to 11 business days. Please note that occasional delays may occur due to external factors such as high demand or carrier issues.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom. No minimum purchase amount is required and there are no hidden fees. The price shown at checkout is the final price of your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your delivery at any time. If you do not receive this information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

At the moment, we only deliver to the United Kingdom. This allows us to ensure reliable delivery times and a consistent customer experience. We may expand our delivery to other countries in the future.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging. To request a return, simply contact our customer service with your order details and reason for the return.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required before the refund appears on your account.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order. This allows you to receive your desired item more quickly.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@clublumina.com with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
