Return and refund policy
At Club Lumina, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, we offer a simple and transparent return process for your peace of mind.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original perfect condition
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Show no signs of wear, damage or use
How To Request A Return

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions. Please do not send back any items without contacting us first, as this may delay the process.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required before the refund appears on your account.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items without original packaging or tags
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@clublumina.com with photos of the issue. We will resolve the situation as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or model, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order.
